I am thinking of taking a light day on Tuesdays and Fridays. These days are incredibly busy for me. My exercise goals are being held up  by a recovering lower back injury. Walking for long periods of time help me build back the injured muscles . I am going to try to do a sit up tomorrow after my walk. In addition to this I will also be installing a pull up bar to start doing pull ups. Hopefully I am able to do one pull up tomorrow. My upper body is pretty weak.

Today’s Goal:

Walk for 60 minutes in one session- Completed

Go shopping and pickup Fruit and Vegetables – Completed



Water: 90 oz (Goal – 90 oz)


Steps: 13,220 (Goal – 10k)

Push-ups: 19 (Goal – 19)
